got lots of stories to tell.

first of all, xinyi's birthday.

when i arrived at sch one morning, i was shocked to find out that no-one had planned anything for xy in advance. so denise, millissa and i got together to discuss. we kind of "snubbed" xinyi, for fun, ok.

then at first, IF I'M NOT WRONG, we started by talking about ear piercings..then renee's name got brought into the picture cos the girl is famous for sticking, er, too many fingers into one pie, so to speak. then we were talking about our ear-pierccing experiences..when suddenly either Milissa or Denise started talking about their parents carrying them after ear-piercing..then we came to the topic of weight and finally food..then Milissa told us about this wedding dinner where they had a chocolate fondue fountain..then we collapsed in laughter cos we were wondering how we got to Food from Ear Piercing.

Then I was like,' OMG! today is xinyi's birthday? I didn't read her blog!' Then the lollipop kept saying 'Damn you, lah gowri. Hate you, lah.' LOL she shouldn't have!

Denise and I decided to raise money to sponsor XY's b'day cake. The class was quite generous.

THe 'briefing' after school turned out to be a hell lot of a mess. Then Denise and I weren't informed, but i think Sandy, Renee, Milissa and Metiwan ran out to buy a cake.

I was the so-called correspondence between XY (who was in class) and the girls who were bringing up the cake..so i was trying hard not to laugh when they brought in the cake, cos xinyi obviously didn't know a thing..

Thanks to denise and some other organized people, the cake was set up and the cardboard box was opened up properly. Then we sang this off-rhythm birthday song to the birthday girl. It was so lame, lah. But still funny.

I DON'T KNOW who started this, but suddenly some unfortunate ppl started getting smeared by cream. AIyoh get a less creamier cake lah! I was like,"Heck, just join in!" Smeared Renee, she was so cute until i slathered cream over her cheeks. Ok, well i was exaggerating. Metiwan JUST WOULD NOT give up until she cornered me. But shortly after, she got cornered by Wen Kai. Or was it she cornered Wen Kai? Tit-for-tat, yeah?

I was so mean to Renee! I took a tissue and helped her wipe off the cream off her face, then i started to smear it AGAIN over her face! SORRY, RENEE! i dunno why i was so mean, man!

Today, for ELDDS, the selection for SYF began. I sat through 2percent of the briefing by the drama instructors, then gave up and walked out with Suharti. Well she had to go home, so i went away on my own will. It's a waste of talent, if you ask, cos i took part in lots of drama stuff in primary school and won prizes for the school, but i'm not in drama in sec school. well, let's just say i'm looking for a wider scope.


I just received an email from one of my editors. he said that he wasn't able to publish a article of mine in paper, but it was on the official site. I frowned. WELL, i'll tell you why. i won't be paid for that. But anyway, at least it was published. Then he asked me about ideas.

I was telling him we should write a bit more about music and the celebrities who are making a difference in the world. I know this was lofty, but i asked him if he could consider contacting the agents of some indie bands and getting to interview them. But I was telling myself,"It's impossible to bring a band here. He'll just tell you to write a piece about indie music. So don't get your hopes up."

Sure enough, I did get such an email. It's sad that you have brush some of your little dreams aside and face reality and take it for what it is, even if it hurts you a lot.

Gosh. What a day.

Well at least some of it was spent on I&E. Go read Olivia's blog. I look damn retarded in those pics. Cos i hate posing, i rather random pictures.
