Today, I read the papers.
I mean, really read the papers, like the Ronaldinho Gaucho comic strip, Forum Page,Bouquets,even the World newspaper !!

But the news was all depressing.

There was this report about British children having kidney stones.
The reason? They've too much salt in their systems but less water. Owing to the potato chips, i guess.

But it's bad new for me, too, you know?

Since the only time water touches my mouth in the morning is when i brush my teeth, i already have legs the texture of dried raisins (raisins are already dried, what if they are dried even more??)

And anyway, i've never been a big fan of potato chips, even though i buy two packs of caramelized popcorn from the shops. That's not too bad.
But salt? That's bad. You add it in your food. Your soya sauce. Your kang-kong mix or whatever it is . Your INSTANT NOODLES!!!

And sugar? You add it in desserts. But you don't add it in fish head curry (yuck!), do you? You don't add it in instant noodles (yuck,yuck, for clothes' sake), do you? At a restaurant , you may choose to chuck away the dessert at a thinner relative or friend and not eat it yourself. But can you do the same for the main food like veg and meat? You can't, innit??

I really am making complete sense here!!, For once!


The report i saw this morning is a sign; we S'poreans should really pay proper attention to what we're eating, not blindly succumb to the occasional binge and then wholly regret it later.

I love my caramelized popcorn, however.
