Had ELDDS today

syarini and iqbal and most of the seniors I know werent present cos they'd to go to NGEEAP for some shindig :)(

I finally met this guy Nas, who's senior by a year but shorter. He's acid-tongued, i'll say that. but he offered all the help we needed, so kudos :P

So, we recorded the BV News video today in the library. And typically, we aren't supposed to make noise in the library, and the librarians (a.k.a fellow students) got their feathers ruffled by us, bcos we were talking in normal voices, which is like, bellowing to them.

Slash was quite co-operative, managing to do her lines nicely.

The crew said we were natural/ok, and mind you, Slash and I did try our best. It was our debut, for god's sake.

Met the other seniors of ELDDS as well.

Practising our script for the recording was surreal. Whenever we could, Slash and I were muttering our lines, even when walking down the corridor!

The funny thing was that, when we turned up for ELDDS today, Slash and I were the only sec1s there. And the time was 2.15 pm. Fair enough, ELDDS starts at 2.30.

2.30 came and went. No sign of any pinafores or culottes at all.

soon, we realized that the sec 1s thought there wasnt ELDDS on Friday. Didn't bother to check the schedule, though?

Even the afterthoughts didn't turn up. One half of them said on Wednesday, "Drama is my LIIIFE!!" I don't know what's her life now, cos she obviously didnt turn up. What devotion.

Then, when I related this to Mdm Maz, my sweet ELDDS T-I-C, she said, "Oh, got like that one, is it?" That cracked me up.

Slash and I were talking to Mdm Maz, then we left school, while she was talking to us about stuff that cracked us up. long story.
