The terrible thing was that i didn't get to sit with my house-mates (i'm in topaz)!! because of our prefectorial duties, Xiao Xi,Charmaine and I had to be stationed at the prize table like, 24/7.

But I took lots of pictures, both in school and at the stadium, which was a delight.

But we had to face the blinding sunshine in the face for like, 3 hours?? it's not easy, this particular duty. Most people think it's merely standing around and looking chio, then just holding the silver platters for the G.O.H to take prizes from (while she stares at you in disdain).

We had to huddle together and share folding fans..there was a lack fo such devices that i had to lend (it was my pleasure!) my electric fan to my eng tr and our other teachers in charge. My gal-pals and i had to resort to squatting underneath the protective hover of the doily tablecloth. Imagine that!

But they were very co-operative; Charmaine fetching water and the chocolate twiggies when i didn't ask her to. It's risky, weaving your way thru the myriad of flags,pompoms and flailing limbs. What if you suddenly get impaled in the side by a lethal Sapphirean flag?? But braving all this, my friends ran here, there and everywhere, even though i protested (and persistently at that).

I was caught between the devil and the deep blue sea, as i've got music lessons on thursda,y and duh, the sports meet was ,duh, yesterday!! But I really wanted to go for this meet as it would be the last one i'd be atttending in princess e.
And attend i did! It really was fun! And i had a whale of a time in school, before the sports meet, with all my friends. We were talking ,talking,talking,talking,listening to our mp3s and doing crap.

It really was the best day of my life!

I'll never forget it.

Oh yeah, i've become one of those fanatics.
