Im currently writing something, it's not for IN.


If you guys are asking why i haven't been called back to do a feature article, the answer is really simple.


Nas is Sec 2, so he will be spending three years at IN. I, however, will be spending four years. So they're trying to get him to write as much as possible, cos most of the writers leave after their o levels. knowing nasri, he won't leave. ellouell. as for me, they can still bide their time and call me some time later. had your answer?

SATURDAY/24 MAY08

Today, i woke at 6.20 am. Practically sprang out of bed, like there was some explosive in the mattress. I thought I was late for school. Then I went out, when I heard my sister's drawling voice say from her high pedestal,"Eh, Gowri, today is Saturday."


GOSH. i smiled lazily and literally plopped back onto the bed.



oh guess what. woke at 8.10am...mum and sis kept coming to me to somehow get me out of bed..and i did that at 9.30am. I mean, it does not mean you got out of bed when you say you awoke.



WHATEVER. I ATE A NICE AND OBESE BREAKFAST. then did some work...typed out my article..stuff like that.



FRIDAY/23 MAY 08
Friday was ok. Except that we had a REALLY long assembly..the longest we've had i months.

Pooja did her SUSO..it was quite good. We had lessons until 10.20-ish..then had recess. When we were heading back to recess, Aqilah and I were retarding. Speaking malay to me and I was speaking tamil to her. Her face was like, `:0



We had the USE YOUR HANDS campaign after recess. Quite a number of ppl left to clean up the D&T room. So the rest of us tried to clean up the classroom as fast as we could, as it determined when we would be getting our report books.

It was quite fun, because i spent the whole time cleaning up the major stuff like notice boards, white boards, tables and practically overseeing some stuff. oh yeah, went retarded again with aqilah. to get us working fast, mr heng played 'potential break-up song' and blasted it from the laptop.

the first thing i did was to attend to the notice-board, cos the date was all wrong and the sections for our work and reminders (non-existent, really.) were yeah, non-existent altogether. So i took a chair and rubbed everything off. Then i re-wrote the date as 23rd JUNE 2008.

The Metiwan started picking on me. Kept making fun of me and my height..and that i was too short. OBVIOUSLY, or else i wouldn't be using a chair innit? I said,"Yeah, so? I admit my flaws, ok? I know i'm short, you don't need to make a big point of it." Yeah, that's what I usually say, cos i believe in it. Am talking about this generally --> i hate it when ppl behave unlike themselves. Dunno why Met wanted to pick on me, when there was so much other work to be done. I didn't even ask her, but she climbed on the chair and took over the job from me. And you know how cramped it is with two ppl on the chair. Gosh, i have to hand it to that girl for pissing me off infinitely. Anyhoo.

Then aqilah and i were attempting to dance in between arranging the tables. Then we started playing with a box. Throwing it up and down in the air..childish game, really.

It was really nice working with friends..then the media crew guys brought cameras and videotaped and took pictures...thanks a lot guys.

Well, I know what you guys are looking for though. 3 students from 1E3 made the cut to make it to the Top 10 of the Sec 1 cohort.
I was second in class (40), sixth in level out of 159 students. Didn't really exceed my expectations, but i made it to the Top 10, which i wanted. Congratulations to Sailesh and the third person who was ninth in level/third in class!

It was a great day, in short. There were 8 of us who met Mr Heng's expectations of 4As..so we'll be getting a treat. I was one of them, and all 8 were girls!

After school, went to find Miss Parvathi. She called me inside the staff room - oh, beautiful air-con- she was going over the training schedule. I felt so bad for her. She was just reeling off dates, then i had to cut her off, saying i couldn't attend for the whole week or the other...she looked so bewildered. Then she had one practice, after which i had to literally rush off for an SPH conference.

THURSDAY/22 MAY 08
We won the 2nd Best Class Award for April/May, and OVERALL BEST CLASS AWARD FOR SEMESTER ONE!

All week long, I've been complaining about my loaded-up June holidays, and how they have never been the same since i was primary 4. Sorry guys, i keep repeating that.

I've got like..two camps, a five-day design site/excursion thing (yay, with renee and sailesh darls!), training sessions, a concert to attend. IN ADDITION, gotta meet up with my friends for the Science project. AND complete my holiday assignments. GAH this sucks.

I've been spending waaaay too much time on the net. I'm trying to find time to post pictures/entries on BOTH MY BLOG AND 1E3's, so please give us some time, k? i think i'll attend to the class blog first tmrw.
