A bunch of us from bukit view participated in this design workshop from 2-6 june. our so-called 'teachers' were graduates from Singapore Poly. I think.

As it goes, we guys went to the Botanic Gardens on the first day, and we were told to take as many pictures as possible, of the scenery and all.

gorgeous..especially since it was taken at 8.30 in the morning.






We went to have our break, before leaving for S'pore Poly. I ate coffee icecream, which was perfectly permittable in the heat of the morning..but still, i felt guilty. i'd been eating icy stuff consecutively (without shame.) and my stomach cramped up darnitdarnit.







i don't think i'll post the picture of me eating. i don't know why.



WENT TO SPoly...







...and had a little break in THE DESIGN STUDIO. the cakes were nice..i ate mainly the chocolate sponges with the icing sugar on top and a big, fat, maraschino cherry in the middle. didn't really like the cherry, though.

We had to make collages out of the pictures we took at the botanic gardens.

Wednesday was a hellish day.

people i knew were giving me attitude when i didn't need it.

if you're gonna turn snappish, please go somewhere else and say what you want to say.

I. HATED. WEDNESDAY.


Thursday was alright, they said we were allowed to wear casual clothes.



I was kinda frustrated about what i should wear to SP, and i was debating for hours on end. I mean, i didn't want to look too preppy or overdressed or gaudy or tai-tai-ish or you get my point.



IN THE end, i was like,'heck, i'm just gonna wear my school uniform."


On Friday, we had the exhibition of our masterpieces and stuff. With that, we were supposed to work in pairs and create a sculpture/product or something along those lines. I worked with Sailesh, trying to incorporate designs of plants and flowers.


somehow along the way, when i was godDAMN sapped of ideas and crapping around, our original idea mutated into something else in my brain and I quickly worked with Sailesh to come up with:

Well, it's a collection of murder weapons. when we showed this to our designers, they were shaking their heads..

Justin: God, you've got to be kidding,right? No, you're kidding right? You are, right?







Well if i explain too much, it will leave nothing to the imagination, so try to figure out which weapon is used for what.

Haha. I just saw on tv that Paul Twohill's gonna be on The Showdown next week. He and his manic long hair. It's longer than mine, just so you know. And mine grows quite fast.




Slash is biting my ipod. how dare she. lol.


Retarding.


An Ovalteenie accidentally fell out of the packet, then the Slash couldn't resist saying,"Haha, the baby ovalteenie came out to play."

Then i wrote it on the book. random moment.

i just realized lollipop spells random as 'ramdom'. doesn't sound right. lol.
