first of all, thank you to everyone who's so forthcomingly helped in doing practically all the surveys, even when you were busy. people like sailesh, jolene, aqilah, weiyang, iqbal, denise, zhekai. i might have missed out on some of you but do know you're appreciated.

to those who've been graciously ignoring my emails:

all incrowders are expected to ask ppl to do surveys, and that amounts to about 170 surveys in all. in the end, only a few are picked and called up for interviewing.

and all those phone calls, MSN-ing and SMSing? and the money and time spent? no one knows about that part; the tougher part of asking ppl to do surveys.

so please do understand as well as i understand your situation. i mean this for everyone, cos i can't tell each person individually about what's going on.
